With greater data use there comes a need to place more stringent policy and control on how the data is used. How do you walk the balance between utilising data to enhance the customer experience and ensuring your customer is protected? Narelle has been driving a digital agenda at the Department of Health and digital genomics to look at how you collect, store and manage the security of data. This session explores how accelerating your digital agenda impacts of data and how you can ethically make decisions with data, including looking at consent, privacy and responsible sharing of data.
